We just completed a double-blinded, placebo-controlled 12-week study looking at the effects of sprouted Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat on brain and immune function. This builds on previously published research on Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat polyphenols and their effects on several key pathways in healthy adults. Enter your email to get early access to the findings before they're publicly released.

THE STUDY
We designed this as a double-blinded, placebo-controlled study — the gold standard in clinical research — to rigorously test what happens when healthy adults consume sprouted Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat over 12 weeks. Neither participants nor researchers knew who received the active compound versus placebo until the data was unblinded, giving us confidence that what we found reflects a real biological effect. We tracked markers of both brain function and immune function throughout the study, and the results just came in.
This new study builds directly on previously published research into Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat polyphenols and their effects on several biological pathways in healthy adults. Enter your email below to get early access to the full findings before anyone else sees them.
